The Guadalupe Valley, located in the state of Baja California, Mexico, is known as the capital of Mexican wine. It is a tourist destination that combines stunning natural landscapes, first-class cuisine, and, of course, an unforgettable wine experience.

We will visit two wineries where we will taste excellent wines with the help of their sommelier or winemaker, concluding with a family-style meal.

We begin the tour with a delicious breakfast at the Acambaro restaurant, famous for its country cuisine. We head to Vinícola Palafox for a tour of its facilities and a tasting of three wines accompanied by a delicious cheese board. We then head to the Santo Tomás winery for a tour that connects with our land and learns more about the vines that give rise to the wines of Bodegas de Santo Tomás, through a walk through the vineyards and the ampelographic museum.

During the experience, you will enjoy a tasting of four wines: white, rosé, and red. We close the day with a country lunch at the El Zarcillo restaurant, accompanied by wines from internationally renowned winemaker Laura Zamora.

We begin the tour at a winery with a tasting of four wines. We then visit the lavender fields for a tour, where we learn about the types of lavender and their function. We then move on to the distillery where we learn about lavender distillation. We conclude with a visit to the cheese cellar for a tour of the facilities with an explanation of the cheese and gellato-making process. We then tour the first underground wine cellar in Latin America, tasting seven types of cheeses, accompanied by a house red wine. We conclude with a tasting of four craft beers accompanied by four delicious new cheeses.

We end the day with a picnic lunch in the cheese cellar of the guest's choice.
